A Chinese man who was arrested by a female police officer turned round to propose marriage to her.

Nobody loves being caught while breaking traffic rules but for Chen Junfeng from China, that must have been the best thing to happen to him because after he was pulled over by a pretty female traffic police, Wang Xinmei, he fell in love with her and days later, he went back to her duty post and proposed to her.

According to the story, Junfeng was driving in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, when Xinmei pulled him over on a traffic violation. She then spoke to him, cautioning him on the offence and let him go without giving him a ticket or booking him.

The officer must have a made a good impression on Junfeng because he kept in touch with her and after a while, they started dating and on a day she never expected, Junfeng did the most inexplicable thing.

Just when Xinmei was finishing her shift, Junfeng surprised her in front of many happy onlookers. He drove to her, got down on one knee and proposed to her with a diamond ring and lovely flowers.

Xinmei who shed tears of joy, accepted the proposal with a loud 'yes' to the delight of onlookers.
