Let's Jenniferize! Jennifer Hudson Releases New Single, New Film + New Album!

The singer has been quiet enough but she says there’s the right time for everything and believes it’s another time to make a statement. Her new single, “Bleed For Love” from the sound track to the “Winnie Mandela” biopic was recently released; a powerful rendition featuring the famous Soweto Gospel Choir to bring all the emotions from the new film to light. The song was produced by Harvey Mason Jr.,Laurent Eyguem and David Franco.

“The song has such an incredible and meaningful message about the power of love and the extension of the human heart. I’m really honored to have worked with Diane and the rest of the team” – J. Hud said.

At the MegaFest in Dallas, where the film was premiered the singer told the press that, “It’s a part of our history that can’t be missing. Winnie Mandela had a major impact on all of us that has to be known and told.” That, we can’t over emphasis! The film is an adaption of Anne Marie du Preez Bezro’s biography, “Winnie Mandela: A Life” and was directed by Darell Roodt. Starring Terrence Howard, Wendy Crewson and Elias Koteas.

Unto her first love, music the talented musician revealed she’s in the studio working on a her third album and the first single from that upcoming piece is already on its way in a few weeks. For the album, J. Hud will be working with superlative music producers like Pharell Williams, Babyface and Timberland. Now, we can’t wait for this album to drop, can we?

“It will just be out to make people feel good about themselves and their everything else. I just wanna ‘Jenniferize’ things, u know?”

Winnie Mandela has Bishop T.D Jakes as executive producer and is scheduled to go public on September 6.
