Angry mob give 2 suspected kidnappers beating of their lives (Photos)

Two men suspected to be kidnappers were almost beaten to death by a mob in Lagos.

This man would have been dead by now

But for timely intervention of the police, two men suspected to be kidnappers were nabbed at the Agege area of Lagos on Wednesday, November 25, on suspicion of trying to kidnap a woman on a street, would have been lynched after an angry mob descended on them.

According to information, the men who were definitely not residents of the area, allegedly stopped the woman and were trying to lead her somewhere when a man who recognised her with the strange men raised an alarm that the woman was being kidnapped.

As it has become the norm, a crowd immediately gathered and gave the men the beating of their lives and were on the verge of burning them alive when a police team arrived the scene and rescued them.
