News reports have revealed that a pipeline that runs parallel to the Lekki express way, opposite Victoria Garden City (VGC), has burst, attracting people from the surrounding areas.
Crowd risk lives to steal fuel from broken pipe in VGC
People were pictured at the scene, scooping as much fuel as their cans could carry, with a long cue extending to the road side.
Even with tales of pipe vandalization that has led to numerous loss of lives after the ensuing fracas caused fires, the crowd that gathered at the scene seemed unperturbed.
