Nomadic group kill 2 policemen in Kaduna

Two policemen were killed during an ambush, while another sustained injuries and is reportedly receiving treatment at a hospital.

The officers, Sergeant Godiya Agula and Sergeant James Iliya, were killed at the Kagoro-Gidan Waya Highway, where they had been reports of regular attacks.

Another policeman, Sergeant Umar Magaji escaped with injuries and is being treated at the hospital.

According to the Daily Post News, the policemen concerned lost their rifles to the assailants, who have become a menace in most parts of Nigeria.

Many of their attacks were reportedly in the east and some parts of the north.
