Rail worker in court for masturbating over sleeping female passenger

The railway worker told court that he masturbated over the sleeping pregnant passenger because he was stressed.

A railway worker in America, Manny Ramos, who was arraigned in court for masturbating over a sleeping pregnant passenger, has told the court that he carried out the dirty act because he was stressed.

35-year-old Manny Ramos said he was suffering from stress due to engineering training he was undergoing and was also going through marital problems.

When she woke to find him masturbating over her, the woman said Ramos zipped his files and ran off at the Fairfield station.

“After the incident, I never snoozed or slept again on the train, since I was afraid that it could happen again. Considering that this horrible event happened during working time, I really think his future employers should know about what happened … This clearly was a sexual attack, and he should have a record of this,” the unnamed woman told the court.

Ramos was fortunate enough to escape a jail term but was given a two-year suspended sentence.

He has also been ordered to register as a sex offender, and handed three years’ probation.
