Justin Bieber Could Go To Jail!

D.A Office to file vandalism charges in the egg case.

Justin Bieber may be kissing his freedom goodbye after the D.A's office announce it will be filing a vandalism charge today Monday June 16, against the singer in the previous egg-attack case in California back in January.

Bieber will be charged with criminal vandalism in connection with the egging case but it remains unclear if its with a misdemeanour or felony.

According to TMZ, the prosecutor who investigated the case told the victim, "If this isn't a felony, nothing is."

Meanwhile, the neighbor has estimates showing $20,000 in damages from the egg war.  The case was sent to the D.A.'s office for a final decision.
