The Jigawa state government has purchased 3,000 Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME scratch cards for its final year secondary school students.

3,000 JAMB scratch cards have been purchased by the Jigawa state governments for its students as the 2015 draws near.

The scratch cards were purchased at the cost of N16 million.
The Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Haruna Wakili, revealed this while inspecting a JAMB centre located at the Jigawa State Polytechnic in the state capital Dutse.
Wakili said the government had established six other computer centres located at Dutse Kazaure, Hadejia, Gumel, Ringim and Bamain in preparation for the 2015 JAMB UTME examination.

He added that each equipped with 150 desktop computers.
