Use these tips to kill worry once and for all.
We end up with gloomy, powerless, anxiety-ridden life. This doesn't have to be your life if you take advantage of the following three tips:
The first thing to do is to understand why you even worry at all. Is it because of your upbringing? Because you don't trust God or His promises to take care of you? Figure out your why and you are one step closer to dropping this bad habit.
What exactly do you worry about? Do you worry about your future partner, money or children? Chances are that your worries are tied to the things that you are most afraid of. Understanding your fears will help you manage, control and eventually stop worrying (Matthew 6:34).

Once you have figured out your why, and your what, the next thing to do is replace the old worries with new, better thoughts. Replace your worries with God's promises. Doing this will stop worrying and fill you with divine peace ( Isaiah 26:3). You can use the following bible verses.
"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand" - Isaiah 41:10.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" - Philippians 4:6–7.
"I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" - Jeremiah 29:11.
"Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace" - Corinthians 3:15.
"The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace" - Psalm 29:11.
