Playable Street Fighter V demo will be available at CEO next month

For people who have been itching to try out Street Fighter V, you might be in luck.

Community Effort Orlando (CEO) in Orlando, Florida has announced that a playable Street Fighter V demo will be available to be played at the fighting game tournament.

CEO, a premier event on the Capcom Pro Tour, made the announcement during the Combo Breaker Ultra Street Fighter IV tournament live stream. CEO takes place from June 26-28.

This will be the first time ever a playable demo of Street Fighter V will be available to the public.

According to sources, Capcom recently unveiled M. Bison as the next character in Street Fighter V. Fighting game expert Vince Ingenito broke down the trailer.

Four characters have been confirmed for the sequel till date —Chun Li, Ryu, Charlie, and M. Bison.

Series producer Yoshinori Ono stated last month that Capcom wants to “create something that nobody is expecting,” in an attempt to appeal to new players.

Street Fighter V is expected to be available in spring of 2016. Before then, PS4 fans can while the time away with Ultra Street Fighter IV when it releases on May 26 in the Americas and Europe. It will be priced at $25 USD.
