Chinese pay TV operator kicks off Pay-per-day subscription plan
Consumers can now pay per day, per week or per month across the four bouquets Startimes has.
The plan cuts across the Nova, Basic, Classic, Unique, Smart and Super bouquets.
Startimes has been said to be already offering this model in Uganda and Zambia, and have been reportedly test running it in Southwest Nigeria for over eight months.
Kwese TV which recently launched in Lagos are also offering the pay as you watch model with 3days, 7days and 1 month subscription.

Meanwhile as Startimes launches this new model, Nigeria's TSTV that is supposed to start rolling out commercial sales today November 1, are giving away free decoders still, apparently not being able to conclude that phase before announced commercial roll-out day.
Startimes houses hundreds of channels offering sports, drama, music, TV series, cartoons and more.
