Here's how to keep track of your followers and root out the people who have sneakily unfollowed, deleted, or blocked you 'behind your back':

Instagram - There are quite a few apps you can use for IG, but Followers+ is the best one for keeping track of your follows. You will be able to see who deleted you as well as those not following back.

Facebook - There aren't as many friend-tracking apps for FB, but Who Deleted Me is quite popular amongst social media experts as a reliable program. It's available as a Google Chrome extension.

Twitter - Just Instagram, there is a variety of apps that let you track followers but Who.Unfollowed.Me is quite popular and effective. It goes through your follower list every hour to track unfollows and gives a report at the end of the month.

Snapchat - Sadly, there is no app for tracking friends on Snapchat at the moment. But if you have to know, you can check out your friends list and if there no visible Snapchat score when you click on a friends name, that means they played you and took you off their list. Not cool, right?

Enjoy!
