Payment processing platform posts N168.1m profit after tax

eTranzact, one Africa’s Leading payment processing platforms, posted a PROFIT AFTER TAX of N168.1 million in Quarter 1, 2015.

This report surpasses that of same quarter in 2014, which was a very profitable year.

eTranzact  is gearing to surpass mobile payment records, with its recent partnership deal, involving SimplePay Nigeria’s electronic wallet startup.

Industry watchers say the a deal will enable SimplePay users send money to users on e-Tranzact’s mobile money platform, PocketMoni.

News reaching us, says eTranzact CEO, Mr Valentine Obi was honoured by Businessday Newspapers Nigeria as one of the Top 25 Nigerian CEOs responsible for the growth of the Nigerian Stock Exchange in 2014.
