Apple Has a Watch Too! Check Out Images of the Apple iWatch Concept Design

The break neck competition between tech giants Apple and Samsung rages on. Word out of Silicon Valley is that an Apple smartwatch predictably called the iWatch is in the works.

According to reports, Italian design team Ciccarese Design is behind the prototype design of the iWatch and reportedly envisioned a modern look for the smartwatch in mock up renderings. The device is said to incorporate the iOS7 on its screen while initial prototypes are being done in black and white.

While Apple has not officially confirmed that the iWatch is indeed in the works, the American tech giant has reportedly been hiring people for the iWatch team.

The move comes on the heels of the release of the Samsungsmart watch which will reportedly be released sometime between September and October.
