Fixed enters New York

New York issues about 10 million parking tickets per year, making it highest market for parking tickets in the United States.

Fixed is a mobile app that fights parking tickets for you. It has been designed to get you out of any parking ticket trouble.

When a users get a parking ticket, they snap it, then the app now looks for common violations and writes a protest letter on their behalf.

It also checks if the proper parking signs were in place to warn you, before issuing you a parking ticket, through Google Maps.

Fixed say they chose to expand to New York City, because of the high rate of parking tickets issued per year.

According to Fixed founder David Hegarty, New York issues about 10 million parking tickets per year, making it highest market for parking tickets in the United States.

The app is free, and it can be downloaded from the Apple or Android stores.

A flat charge of $1.95 applies. It is used to cover for credit card processing expenses.
