Last month, Pope Francis' arrival created a massive traffic jam in New York.

Now, Kenya and other African countries are about to suffer this same fate.

The Pope's first official tour of Africa begins today in Kenya where he intends to do the following.

"When Pope begins his inaugural papal trip to Africa, he’ll bring a message of hope and peace to a rapidly growing Catholic population facing its own challenges…

His visit, which takes place despite the instability, highlights the Catholic Church’s explosive growth in Africa and how crucial the region is to the church’s future, experts say."

This papal visit comes just a few days after Kenyans suffered a persistent 3-day traffic jam.

Do you think Pope Francis' first Africa tour will cause traffic?
