Uraga Real Estate has announced plans to build 2,000 housing units in Abuja and Lagos.
According to the Head of Developments, Mr. Priye Johnson, these housing units will be completed in the next five years, along with a retail mall in Lekki and Ibadan in Oyo State.
Mr Johnson said all of these projects are for the middle class as well as the lower class.
"Uraga Real Estate's future developments also include commercial and residential projects measuring approximately 200,000 square metres in the Victoria Island, Lekki and Mainland areas of Lagos as well as in Abuja. Pre-leasing will be available for the commercial project in February 2016, whilst pre-sales will be available for all residential projects in March 2016, with all projects being completed within 12 to 24 months.
"Our strategy is to make our estate a lasting legacy and a household name with constant maintenance of the estate. Our target market is the middle class but with big plan mean for the lower segment of the market."
Uraga Real Estate built the five Star Radisson Blue Hotel in Lagos, as well as the recently opened Lightwell Garden Estate in Abuja.
