'High drivers are responsible for majority of fatal accidents' - new report

A new report has discovered the fatal effects of marijuana (weed) on drivers and accidents.

The report revealed data that showed that there is an increase in the number of high drivers, involved in fatal accidents.

Washington State Traffic Safety Commission says there has been a 122 percent increase in the number of high drivers, involved in fatal accidents.

The Daily Signal has also attributed the deaths of Blake Gaston, 23, Elizabeth Kemble, 46, and Debra Majkut, 34 to marijuana.

According to website, each of these people were killed by high people.
