Readers say Nigerian Army's investment is not a good idea

Pulse readers disapprove of the Nigerian Army's plan to invest in Obudu Ranch in Calabar, Cross River state.

Obudu Ranch Resort

Last week, Pulse Nigeria reported that the Nigerian Army has revealed it's plan to invest in Obudu Ranch Resort in Calabar, Cross River state.

A plan the governor, Ben Ayade, reacted to by commending the army and highlighting the benefits of the investment to the state.

“We are expectant that Cross River State will now be a new corridor of business explosion that will show we can move Nigeria from its third world status to first world in four years. So this partnership should develop into a big wild fire that will ignite a new challenge in business horizon of Nigeria."

Unfortunately, a poll by Pulse readers has revealed a negative response.

The poll showed that readers think the investment is a bad idea.

I disagree, i think this investment will be beneficial to both the ranch, the state, and Nigeria, in general.
