Render your services to property owners, real estate firms, and make your money with the commission you get. The more houses you can sell, the more money you make.

Rent/leasing- If you are fortunate to own a property, you can make some money by leasing it to students, churches, and so on.  I recommend leasing your properties to students because they are always looking for places to rent, thus, ensuring you always get paid.
