Ireland has been tagged the best performing real estate market in Europe.
So well, it has become the best performing real estate market in Europe with data from Global Property Guide survey to back it up.
Irishsun reports that residential property prices has risen from 10.81% during the year to June 30 2015.
Other strong housing markets in Europe are Estonia (8.99%) and Iceland (6.19%)

Things are expected to go from a good 5% to a better 6%.
Unfortunately, things are not as good in Dubai.
However, this has not stopped the developers.
