Pharrell Williams listed his Miami property in 2014.

The producer, singer and song writer put up the penthouse for $10.9M, after buying the oceanfront property in 2007 for $12.5M.

This beautiful property has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a rooftop deck with swimming pool, sweeping spiral staircase, a 30-foot ceiling, a movie theater, two full kitchens, a spacious laundry room, and a library/study.

New owners of the property will also enjoy 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami skyline, and access to six parking spaces.
