But Kaley (who is Women's Health's November issue cover star) just shared on Instagram proof that she's stronger than ever-thanks to her insane recovery workouts.

"I started training at [Proactive Sports Performance] days after we did my recent interview for @womenshealthmag," she wrote in the caption on Tuesday.

The strength training shown in the series of pictures and videos (where she's on different machines and using foam rollers and other equipment) was different, Kaley wrote, from her usual go-to workouts. "As much as I love yoga, and spin, this place has been a major refuge for me in many ways," she wrote." She added that the team she worked with during her recovery helped her "fall back in love" with working out.

"Staying in shape is hard and it takes work, so when you find a program that works for you, don’t let it go!" she concluded, thanking her trainers.

When she was interviewed by Women's Health a few months ago, Kaley wore slip-ons because she wasn't allowed to bend down and do things like tie shoes while her shoulder healed. So it's pretty awesome to see the proof of her progress since her surgery.

In the interview, she also talked about her workout routine. Kaley played tennis when she was young, and took up horseback riding as an adult. She also loves to lift weights, but she tries to switch up her routine so it doesn't feel stale.

"If I get a little bit bored, I’ll switch over to SoulCycle, which I love too. It’s all or nothing. I’m hot or cold. I’m not a gray area," she said. "So if I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week....Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch.’ Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle....‘Okay, I have to switch.'"

Keep up the awesome work, Kaley!
