They had lots of emails which turned into phone calls, and then led to Skype video chats, all before they decided to have their first date in Dubai, UAE.
This was because Nwabueze was there for a business meeting, and Ogechi happily obliged to meet him out there, once they saw each other, they hit it off.
Their entire courtship was done while they lived in two different countries and was sustained by seeing each other every 2 months!

The Proposal:
Ogechi and Nwabueze turned a new point in their lives on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2012, when Nwabueze placed a jewel on Ogechi’s finger at the Murtala Muhammad International airport, and the rest is history.
Due to the nature of their long distance relationship, the cute pair decided to have an aviation inspired and travel themed wedding, and it turned out awesome.
