The glow- Drinking water will give you that natural glow you need for your big day, this way you won't even need a lot of makeup. "Drinking water keeps everything in your body moving, so it helps the lymphatic system to push out impurities, it delivers necessary nutrients, and it drains and expels impurities that are making skin look dull," says Graf.
Aim high- Graf says to drink at least three to four liters of filtered water every day as "your eyes and skin will appear clear and beautiful."
Start (and end) your day off right- Graf recommends drinking one to two glasses of water, with lemon squeezed into it. She says this helps wake up your metabolism. Also, she says to drink at least one glass before bed to maintain hydration and keep your valves moving.
Water is the easiest and most affordable way to make your skin look healthier and radiant for your big day, so drin up.
