Stretch marks are a form of scar on the skin. They are narrow streak-like lines that are formed on the surface of the skin, they occur when the skin 'stretches' as a result weight changes, body building, pregnancy and so on. They are not pretty!

There are ways to tackle this but it is best to do it naturally.


Coffee Grinds (You can get coffee beans in marts, blend in a home grinder/blender)

Olive Oil


Mix coffee grinds and olive oil to form a paste.

Massage the mixture gently into the affected areas for about 5 minutes.

Wrap a pre- heated towel and wrap around the area for about 30 minutes.

Remove and wash off mix with warm water.

Apply your daily moisturizer as usual.

Do this 3 times in a week and results should be noticeable in 4 weeks

( The caffeine in the grinds and the olive oil both help to stimulate the area to remove the unsightly marks).
