The latest YouTube video from dermatologist and TLC star Dr. Sandra Lee is called "Champagne Kisses, Comedone Dreams." In case you haven't watched about a billion Dr. Pimple Popper videos, like I have, "comedone" is the fancy word for the small bumps that form when a pore or hair follicle gets clogged with dirt. "Closed" comedones are known as whiteheads, and "open" comedones are known as blackheads, because their contents are exposed to air and turn black in the oxidation process.

I don't know what you dream about when you go to sleep, but I have a pretty good guess at what Dr. Pimple Popper Dreams about.
This gem of a video begins with Lee summoning gunk out of blackheads on a patient's neck. A few times, you don't even a realize there's a blackhead there, and then boom!-pus is spiraling out like a snake being charmed out of a basket.
Next, we move some absolutely massive pimples on the side of a patient's face. These are good ol' fashioned pops if I've ever seen 'em; Lee makes a small incision, squeezes, and releases a fluffy blossom of white pus. Delightful!

Part of me wonders how the comedones in this video got this way. If you saw a giant whitehead forming on your cheek, wouldn't you be desperate to squeeze it? On the other hand, I must applaud the folks in the video for their restraint. After all, experts recommend that you don't squeeze or pop your blackheads ; instead, use a cleanser, peel, or medication suggested by a dermatologist.
