This list of book clubs in the metropolitan state of Lagos might not be comprehensive, but it has enough to choose from.

Liber Book Club

This book club is present in Lagos, Enugu, Asaba and Abuja. The Lagos club meets on the last Tuesday of each month.

Mixsie Book Club

This is African books in audio format. It's aim is to celebrate African writers and support them in any way. The bookclub believes in reading by listening.

Times Open: 7pm to 10pm daily.

Sunshine Book Club

This is a platform for book lovers, creative minds, writers and publishers to meet, share their thoughts, and enjoy reading as an art. The bookclub is open on the last Saturday of the month.

Medina Book Club

This is a community of people who come together for the common goal of reading selected books in an informal atmosphere. Medina holds its meetings at Page Book Connoisseurs, 82, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

Bookworms Arise Book Club

Bookworms Arise is open in the following states; Lagos (Mainland and Island), Abuja, Kwara, Jos and Portharcourt. Meetings hold at: Page Book Connoisseurs, 82, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos. (Lagos Mainland Members Only) and Terrakulture – 1376 Tiamiyu Savage Street, Victoria Island, Lagos (Lagos Island Members Only). The book club occurs every last Saturday of the month at 12pm.

Lagos Bookclub

Lagos Books Club is a group that seeks to encourage and contribute to the reading culture in Africa. Believing that reading is one of the keys to enlightenment and self-empowerment in our society, LBC promotes reading amongst children and young adults, runs reading workshops for students and teachers, promotes the works of African authors, as well as library development. Meetings hold at 5th Avenue, M Close, House 27, Festac Town, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, Nigeria.
