Instructions
1. Peel plantains and cut into cubes. Sprinkle lemon juice on them and set aside.
2. Heat a large pan and add oil. Put the onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, green pepper and chili. Add salt to taste. Let ingredients fry for some minutes.
3. Pour in the meat and stock and cook till the broth starts to boil.
4. Add the plantains and cover pot to cook on low heat.
5. Keep checking on meal until plantains are tender and beef is thoroughly cooked.
