Anna potato is a classic French dish of sliced, layered potatoes cooked in a very large amount of melted butter.

4. Roast Beef With Slow-Cooked Tomatoes and Garlic
You only need four main ingredients, and your oven does all the work.
All four ingredient, the beef, grape tomatoes, garlic cloves, and thyme roast together in one pan for about an hour for medium-rare heat, and you’re done. When the beef is cooked to your liking, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing so it stays nice and juicy.
5. Pasta
Century old pasta should do the work on Christmas day. Spaghetti or Macaroni? Doesn't really matter. Spice it up with everything edible you can lay hands on.
