The good news now is that we don't have to keep eating those meal over and over, and well we've got some amazing ideas for you. As we all know that April is fast running to an end, and we can't allow it go by without trying out some of this amazing dishes.
1. Sausage salad
This recipe is simply a dish of chopped sausage, pepper, onion and other veggies of your choice all stir-fried together with some basic seasoning. It's totally delicious and different.
2. Plantain chips and avocado dip
Not only dish yummy, it's healthy as well.
All you need to do is to slice some plantain (preferably unripe), season and fry to make the plantain chips.
For the avocado dip, mix some mashed the avocado, chopped tomato, onion (optional) and lemon juice.

As much we enjoy taking beans pudding (moi moi), rice pudding is equally as delicious.
All it takes to get this meal done is rice (cooked), milk, sugar and salt. Boil this mixture for about 15-20 minutes till it becomes thick and creamy.
