The creative designer who is known for her timeless intricate Ankara pieces studied Law at the University of Nigeria, without any formal training, the stylish designer started the Jewel By Lisa brand in her home after the birth of her daughter in 2005.
Lisa Folawiyo is easiest one of the most creative fashion designers in Nigeria with pieces sold and worn in Nigeria and abroad, she has become a fashion force to reckon with.
Her passion for clothes and her luxurious sense of style sees her working a lot with Vlisco fabric with elegant embellishments that have adorned the bodies of celebrities all over the world.
