The nominees for the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award have been announced and the voting has started, the organisers put together a grandeur event where the nominees were announced with many of Nollywood's finest stars in attendance.

The preparation for one of Africa's biggest film award ceremony is underway, as actors and other celebrities gathered together to know who got nominated into whatever category.
Omoni Oboli, Ushbebe, Ramsey Nouah, Funlola Aofiyebi-Raimi, Sarah Ofili and many other stars turned the Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island to a venue for the stars as they came in their numbers to party and get informed on who got nominated.
Also, a press briefing too place immediately after the announcement, were pressmen gathered to ask questions regarding the upcoming awards show scheduled to hold in March 2016.
Lovers of African film can expect to see awards in categories ranging from acting, directing to scriptwriting and cinematography, to newly announced categories like the Best Movie for West Africa, Best Movie for East Africa, and Best Movie for Southern Africa.
