A young child has lost her life in a tragic accident after falling off her mother’s back while on a commercial motorcycle, aka “okada”.

The mother, identified simply as Ese, was reportedly trying to adjust her wrapper when her 4-month old baby daughter fell in the middle of the road.

Unfortunately, a heavy duty truck which was right behind the motorcycle crushed the little girl to death.

The incident is said to have occurred yesterday, December 23, at the Okorodafe Roundabout in Ughelli, Delta State.
