The suspect, Adekunle Francis, was arrested on Tuesday, November 22 at Ipamesan, Sango Ota, Punch reports.
Francis is alleged to have lured the girl into an uncompleted building under the pretence of praying and anointing her and raped her.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, revealed that the victim later reported her experience at the hands of the pastor, at the Sango Police Station.

During the interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to committing the crime, blaming his actions on the devil.
Assistant Superintendent of Police, Oyeyemi, said the state Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Iliyasu, has ordered that the case is transferred immediately to the Anti- Human Trafficking and Child Labour Unit of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department, Abeokuta, for further investigation.
