A man walked into a bank clutching a piece of paper on which he had drawn a gun, brandished it at a female employee and demanded ‘all the money.’
The 33-year-old British tried to carry out the heist on the central Jerozilimskie Avenue bank in Warsaw, Poland on the 11 August. Needless to say he was unsuccessful.
‘This is a robbery I have a gun give me all the money,’ he had written on a second sheet of paper.
The female cashier calmly told the man to wait at the back of the queue and (possibly because he was British and therefore loved to queue) the man obliged.
The cashier called the police and the would-be robber was arrested shortly after.
He pleaded guilty to attempted robbery in court this week.
