Baby Born With Four Arms, Legs In India

Panic swept through the entire eastern Bengal State of India after a baby was born with four arms and four legs.

A baby boy has been born with four arms and four legs in India causing panic among locals who thinks he looks like a god.

According to a report by a local TV, thousands of locals are now trooping to the hospital in eastern Bengal State to see the toddler. Nurses have told the parents that the baby was badly deformed but the locals are not buying it, insisting that the baby is a god and a sign from God.

"In fact, this is a miracle, its God’s baby. Indian God’s have extra limbs just like this," locals told newsmen gathered at the hospital.

According to the report, hundreds are crying in the streets, hundreds of others are praying and setting up camp there. Some are panicking as they believe that the birth of the boy is a sign of the end of the world.

"When we first heard about God Boy we were slightly sceptical. But we came to see because we were intrigued by all the news we were hearing from friends and others. When we eventually saw a pic of the child it was a wonder. This is truly the son of the Hindu God Brahma, who also has four arms and four legs," 67-year-old Chukka Rao, from a neighbouring village told locals.

Medics say the birth defect is actually the result of the remains of the baby's twin being joined to him in the womb.
