David Beckham Wins 2013 GQ Most Stylish Man Of The Year

The 38 year old most stylish athlete arrived at the city’s Komishe Oper in a smart two piece suit, stark white shirt and a pencil tie looking forever dapper. GQ editor-in-chief, José Redondo Vega says no one else has managed to bridge the gap between style and sport like the former Man United star.

“Like no other athlete, represents style and fashion influence” said Vega, “with his trends getting sometimes daring appearances, he has created a bridge between the world of design, models and photographers and the world of world-class sports, and brought glamour back to a male sport,” He ended.

Beckham was joined at the event by Australian songstress, Kylie Minogue, who looked stunning in a flowing white gown. The singer took home, the Gentlewoman of the Year award which also coincided with her appearance on the cover of the December issue of GQ, which goes on sale on November 13.
