Senator blasts PMB for budgeting N40M to feed animals

Senator Ben Murray Bruce has launched a scathing attack on President Buhari for budgeting N40M for animals at the presidential villa.

The owner of Silverbird Group represents Bayelsa East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, who is one of the Senators who speak out at the hardship in the country occasioned by the ongoing recession, lambasted the federal government for giving priority to animals while Nigerians are suffering under its change mantra.

Senator Bruce who took to his Twitter handle ‏@benmurraybruce, to voice out his discontent at the state of affairs in the nation, wrote:

“It breaks my heart that at a time when many Nigerians can’t eat, we are budgeting ₦40 million to feed wildlife in Aso Rock Presidential Villa!"

He also continued his series of tweets with his now famous slogan: Making Common Sense where he posted the photos of a crying little girl with the words:

"I s This the Change We Promised Nigerians?"
