"Thor" actress says she is done making Marvel movies

Natalie Portman who played Jane Foster in “Thor” and “Thor: The Dark World,” will not return for the upcoming "Thor" film.

Portman who starred in "Thor," and “Thor: The Dark World,” confirmed her departure during an interview with The Wall Street Journey.

“As far as I know, I’m done,” she said. “I mean, I don’t know if maybe one day they’ll ask for an Avengers 7 or whatever, I have no idea. But as far as I know, I’m done, but it was a great thing to be a part of."

In December 2015, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige revealed that the upcoming Thor film will be set largely in the "cosmosa with very little of the story taking place on Earth.

Mark Ruffalo has been set to return as Hulk, who will embark on a cosmic road trip with Thor.

Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Tom Hiddleston (Loki) are part of the confirmed returning cast. Jaimie Alexander is also expected to be back as Lady Sif.

In 2015, Marvel Comics revealed the newundefined, who originally appeared way back in 1962, as the love interest to Dr. Donald Blake, originally Thor’s alter ego.

Thor: Ragnarok comes to theaters November 3rd, 2017.
