2 Offa Poly Cultists Nabbed For Kidnapping In Kwara

Police in Kwara State have paraded two students of the Federal Polytechnic Offa (FEDPOFFA) for kidnapping.

The students are members of a 7-man group of cultists arrested for the attempted kidnap of a 23-year-old woman, Temilayo Owoeye.

Student Pulse learnt that the would-be kidnappers were caught by a team of vigilantes led by a certain Ganiyu Oladipo as they attempted to abduct the victim .

The Kwara State Police Commissioner Ambrose Aisabor said the suspects would soon be charged to court.

Also paraded were four suspects arrested for allegedly vandalisation of telecommunication cables at a community in Offa.

The Commissioner revealed that the suspects came to the state from Lagos to vandalize the telecom facilities.

He revealed that the cables they were trying to steal is estimated at N2 million.
