Everyone needs to hear Pastor Sam Adeyemis amazing sermon on Gods love.

On October 14, 2018, the Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre took to Twitter to preach about the true meaning of love and forgiveness. Here is what he had to say:

Pastor Sam Adeyemi's amazing sermon on God's love

According to him, "The proof of love is giving and forgiving. Forgiving is derived from the word "give". Forgiving means to write off negative value in another and it is much more beyond giving."

His second tweet read, "You have got to believe that someone is worth something before you will offer that thing to a person."

This was followed by a tweet about value. Pastor Adeyemi said, "While God in his estimation felt that we are worth the life of his Son, we are here relating with one another not believing that other people are worth our own lives which is worth far less than the life of Jesus."

He added, "If you don't see value in yourself, you will not see value in another person."

His fifth tweet read, "Why is it that we sometimes lack the capacity to love? It is because we have not received or experienced God's love. We have not had love demonstrated to us by others."

He continued in the same vein in the next tweet writing, "If we have not received mercy, we will be unable to give it. We can't give what we don't have."

Next, Pastor Adeyemi highlighted the need for Christians to always show love.

"For us Christians, the situation has to be different because our Heavenly Father is Love personified," he wrote.

He continued, "God's love can neutralize the effects of lack of love from others."

The ninth tweet read, "Our aspiration should be that we increase in our capacity to love till we become like Christ."
