Antony Karelis, professor of Human Kinetics, University of Montreal reveals “Men weigh more than women, and because of this, the energy expenditure will be higher in men for the same exercise performed,”
Except on few occasions, men usually devote more energy during sex, which is a lot of physical work, thrusting for one, also lifting depending on the sex position in use, all of these will burn more calories than just being on the receiving end.
If you’re the lazy type, then you can count sex as exercise other than that you may be kidding yourself because spending twenty minutes to burn off just 100 calories isn’t exactly impressive.
