Olivia Pope is a hardworking fixer, who is strong and also emotional. She also can be that manipulative side chick. With the broad spectrum of the kind of roles Akintola has done, we can't think of a more compelling fixer.
We can totally picture Naya make the kind of grand entrances Olivia makes and with the right attitude. Who better to watch her lips quiver and eyes get glassy when she thinks of, kisses or meets the President of a country?
Over the years, we have come to accept that Nse Ikpe-Etim is that actress who can transform into any character. And just because we have no problem picturing her as a workaholic, bossy, manipulative and emotional gladiator, we think she would make a perfect Olivia Pope.
