US President uses selfie stick in new video

In a new video promoting the registration deadline, Obama uses a selfie stick and also shows off his funny side.

President Barack Obama is seen using the selfie stick in a new video for Buzzfeed.

Barack Obama has always taken to new media to connect directly with voters and to improve his image.

The video created by Buzzfeed is to help promote the registration deadline for Obamacare.

The American President is seen posing in front of the mirror with aviator sunglasses, playing around with a selfie stick and struggling to enunciate "February."

In the skit which is called ‘things everyone does but doesn't talk about,’ Obama can also be seen blaming himself for making cookies too big to dunk in a glass of milk -- "thanks Obama" -- and drawing a picture of his wife Michelle Obama.

The president is also captured pretending to score a winning basket, before being interrupted and receiving a quizzical look from comedian Andrew Ilnyckyj acting as a staffer, Obama responds "can't I live, man?" before declaring "YOLO man!"-- you only live once.
