FRSC commander urges commercial drivers to install speed limiting device
The Federal Road Safety Commission has begun a sensitisation campaign on the need for installation of speed limiting device in Ore, Ondo State.

While addressing newsmen, the FRSC Unit Commander, Mr Kehinde Dahuns, urged all commercial drivers to install SLDs before the April 1st deadline, adding that these would reduce crashes and deaths.
"Speeding and reckless driving are major causes of road crashes and this is why the FRSC introduced the speed limiter device to reduce speed on the highways.
We are commencing the enforcement by April, especially with commercial vehicles, and that is why we are starting with the sensitisation with them, first."
