Singer lists Florida estate for $45.5 million [PHOTO]

Celine Dion's estate was originally listed for $75.5 million in 2013, it has been reduced to $45.5 million.

TMZ reports that the singer has taken $30 million off the original price, which was $75.5 million in 2013.

Thus, her resort-like home on Jupiter Island, Florida, will be sold for $45.5 million.

Features of this 5.5 acre Florida estate include 3 pools, one with a fire pit in the middle of it, another with a water park and lazy river, 5 bedrooms, 2 guest houses (4 bedrooms each), a tennis court and a simulated golf range.

This property is 10,000 square feet.
