The group exercise instructor, who currently runs the Shape Shift Alice programme, daily Pound and Zumba classes for women, explains the essence and need for Zumbathon.
Alice explained that a Zumbathon is a fun, fundraising ceremony using Zumba.
"A Zumbathon is hosted by a licensed Zumba instructor, and the event is a 4-hour fitness marathon which the proceeds go to a cause, or an extended event.

"I'm eager to use this platform through my passion about fitness is in a way that benefits less-privileged women and children who need assistance in our society," Alice said.
Alice further said the event is scheduled to hold on Saturday, July 8, 2017 in Ikoyi.
