My boyfriend and my ex want to marry me; I'm confused

I'm in a confused situation right now.

I dated a guy for five years but last year I fell in love with another guy but he is a chronic womaniser and not as romantic as my previous boyfriend.

The thing is that my ex has refused to give up on me and still thinks we were meant for each other but he's not ready to settle down until he's financially stable.

On the other hand my current boyfriend wants to settle down. I love both of them and not sure about who to be with._______________
