Move over Titanic, history is set to be made again in the 21st century as the world's biggest cruise ship - The Harmony of the Seas is set to go on its maiden voyage come May 20.

According to Daily Mail, the ship will span 16 guest decks, weigh a whopping 205 million kilograms and carry 5,497 passengers at double occupancy.

The ship also has a 10-storey slide that turns in a serpentine movement, robots mixing cocktails at the Bionic Bar and 12,000 different types of plants and trees.

It is also billed to have 'the fastest internet connection at sea', two rock-climbing walls, zip lines, an ice skating rink, a full-size basketball court and a miniature golf course.

Currently, the ship is undergoing finishing touches at  the SFX France shipyard in Saint-Nazaire.

The first few voyages will centre on popular Western Mediterranean destinations taking travellers to Barcelona, Mallorca, Provence, Florence, Pisa, Rome and Naples.
